This Privacy Policy explains how Wake Force Alarm (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information when you use our iOS application.

Wake Force Alarm is designed with privacy in mind. The app does not require an account, and personal information, face data, photographs, or camera images are not stored or transmitted by us.

1. Information We Collect and Process

Personal Information

Wake Force Alarm does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or date of birth to use the app.

Alarm and App Data

Information such as alarm times, alarm settings, preferences, and other app configurations is stored locally on your device and is used only to provide the app’s functionality.

Face Data and Camera Information

Wake Force Alarm uses the device camera as part of its alarm-dismissal feature.

When this feature is used, the app temporarily processes facial information to determine whether the user’s eyes are open. This check is used as part of the wake-up challenge required to complete or dismiss an alarm.

Wake Force Alarm does not use face data to:

• identify or authenticate the user;
• perform facial recognition;
• determine the user’s identity;
• create or maintain a facial profile;
• track the user;
• analyse the user for advertising or marketing purposes; or
• associate facial information with an account or other personal information.
